UK IPTV BOX offers a 7-day refund window on all subscriptions. Refunds are only issued when you are not satisfied with the service and our support team has been unable to resolve the issue for you. This ensures every request is genuinely rooted in a service problem we could not fix.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase only if both of the following apply:

  • You are not satisfied with the service.
  • You have contacted our support team and we have been unable to resolve the issue you reported.

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

3. How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide your order reference and a clear description of the issue you are experiencing.
  3. Allow our team a reasonable opportunity to diagnose and attempt to resolve the issue.
  4. If we are unable to resolve the issue and a refund is approved, expect it to be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

4. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The request is made after the 7-day window has expired.
  • You have not given our support team the opportunity to attempt to resolve the issue.
  • The issue has been resolved by our team or is capable of being resolved with our assistance.
  • The account has been terminated for a breach of our Terms of Service.
  • The same subscription has already received a refund in a previous billing cycle.
  • The issue relates to third-party hardware, your internet connection or ISP restrictions outside our control.

5. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days. The exact time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are issued in the equivalent value at the time of the original transaction.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our service or legal obligations. The most current version will always be available on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
